The Story of Ezybake

Since school going days, cooking and baking were my passions. My mom was a good cook and it was she who ignited my passions latent inside me. After my schoolwork, I spent much of my time reading books on baking and how to start a career in baking.

Some 40 years back, I used traditional methods to bake cakes as there weren’t any electrical ovens. The only option at my disposal was fire wood oven. After a couple of trials and errors, firewood oven worked well. My mom gave me all the moral support and encouraged me in every possible way.

I still remember baking my first cake which really turned well by God’s grace. My dad, mom and all my siblings enjoyed eating the cake. It was the most memorable day in my life. It was that cake that motivated me to bake till today. It gave me the necessary encouragement and belief in myself that I could do something on my own and stand on my feet. This had made me wanting to create more delicious cakes.

I have been baking and decorating cakes for the past 40 years. I specialize myself in Cakes, Sweet & Savoury Pastries, Cookies, Breads, Buns, Home made Chocolates and Ice cream. I do Cakes for every occasion whether it is Birthday parties, Events or weddings. No order / event is big or small for me. I love to create my own designs for wedding cakes taking into consideration customers’ ideas, tastes and preferences. I keep myself abreast of the latest happenings and trends in the baking industry.

I have also been conducting baking classes right from the basic to advanced classes for the past 15 years. My students are from all walks of life be it college going students, house wives, single mothers, or just about anyone who have a passion for baking.
