Ezybake Classes

One of my other passions is to conduct baking classes. In 2001, in a humble way, I started to conduct baking classes from my home but soon realized that I couldn’t accommodate the overwhelming student response. I went on to set up a shop with class rooms at Sungai Besi, Desa Tasek. But, here also I found the place inadequate for the growing number of students and hence I shifted to a bigger place at Batu Caves, Pangsapuri Laksamana, Kampung Laksamana. But here too I found the place inadequate; I shifted finally to 116 Segambut Bahagia Tambahan, Jalan Kelapa Muda, 51200 Kuala Lumpur.

My classes are usually small (5 – 8 students per batch). This facilitates me to concentrate on my students’ capabilities, learning instincts, learning curves etc. All of my classes are less theoretical and more practical oriented and hands on sessions right from the day one.

I sculpture birthday cakes, event cakes and wedding cakes by using the most innovative and creative designs. I teach my students the simplest way to bake cakes cleverly and innovatively be it either for birthdays, events or weddings.

EZYBake teaches you right from the basic art of cake baking to the advanced levels with clever tips which follow them. Come and spend sessions of fun learning experiences by learning the art of traditional and modern flavors baking techniques.

I will teach you Baking and Icing Decorating techniques with affordable fees within 8 weeks. Certificate will also be provided. Classes are designed in such a way that the students complete learning the recipes (Theoretical & Practical) from start to finish ensuring a truly learning experience besides building self confidence in them.A well baked cake is half done without icing and decoration. I will teach the students the various mediums of icing and icing types used in cake decorating.

Come and handle tiers of celebration Cakes such as Suji Cakes, Fruit Cakes without Alcohol, Vegetarian Fruit Cakes, Butter Icing, Traditional Butter Cream and Marzipan. I believe in everyone there is a talent latent which needs to be fanned and the fire ignited to shine and perform. I try my level best to fan this talent so that they come out as fully baked and not half baked at the end of my course. Of course, we all know how a half baked Cake tastes like…….. Am I true?
